Where can I find more information on the Credit Shield Protection Plan from Prudential?
You may find more information via the letter that the Bank and Prudential sent to you on 1 March 2024, your Prudential insurance certificate that will be sent to you to via your registered address with the Bank within 30 days after your insurance plan is activated, Prudential Call Center at Tel 1621 on Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m.. - 4:00 p.m. (except public holidays) or via hotline@prudential.co.th


If the system displays a message saying that the information is incorrect when making a payment via the QR code provided, what should I do?
Please recheck that you have inputted the same telephone number as to what you have provided with the bank. Should the number be different, you will not be able to proceed with the QR code. Please contact our Contact Centre for assistance.


If I have not provided consent to migrate my insurance plan, what will happen to my existing Allianz Ayudhya credit shield plan?
The protection of your existing insurance plan will end within 30 days from which Allianz Ayudhya collects the last payment from you.

Example: If you have made payments to your original Credit Shield Plus loan protection plan from Allianz Company on March 30, 2024, then the coverage will end on April 29, 2024.



Will I be able to claim benefits from y existing credit shield plan?
The protection of your existing insurance plan will end within 30 days from which Allianz Ayudhya collects the last payment from you.
