Will my existing Standing Instructions/recurring payments with Citi be migrated to UOB?
All your existing direct debit, standing instructions and incoming funds transfers via Citi deposit accounts will be terminated on 19 April 2024 and will not be re-setup once your accounts are migrated to UOB, except for direct debit instructions to make payments for Citi Credit Cards through Citi deposit accounts.
Please note that for security reasons, UOB will discontinue the delivery of e-Statements (in PDF format) to your designated e-mail address. You will be able to retrieve and download your e-Statements via the UOB TMRW app. Please ensure to register for the UOB TMRW app to get access to your e-Statements.
For investment accounts previously enrolled for e-Statements, you will be receiving hard copy statements. You will also be able to retrieve e-Statements for your investment accounts via the UOB TMRW app.
How do I register for UOB TMRW application or Personal Internet Banking (PIB)?
If you are currently a UOB TMRW user, you can log in to UOB TMRW application with your existing username and password.
To register as a new user, you can use your Credit Card or Debit Card number and Card ATM PIN to create a username and password for UOB TMRW app or Personal Internet Banking (PIB).

Yes, you can activate your Citi Credit/Debit Card on UOB TMRW app after the successful migration on 21 April 2024, from 18:00 p.m. onwards.
You will be able to redeem your rewards points via UOB’s channels with your existing Citi Credit Card or a new UOB Credit Card that has been reissued to you through the UOB TMRW app at the Rewards+ menu, UOB LINE Connect and at www.uob.co.th/rewards.

In the case that you have forgotten your ATM PIN, please contact our UOB Call Centre at 0-2285-1555 to request for a new ATM PIN. We will send the ATM PIN to your mailing address within 7 days, for you to use as part of the authentication to register to access the UOB TMRW app.
In the case than an error message appears after inputting the ID type, please recheck whether you have selected the correct ID type of Citizen ID or Passport. It could be possible that when you signed up for a Citi product, you used another type of Identification Document. If you continue to receive the error message, please bring your Thai ID card or Passport (for non-Thai customers) to your nearest UOB branch to update your initial profile to resume the UOB TMRW app registration.
In the case that you do not receive a SMS OTP, it could be due to a discrepancy between the mobile number maintained in the Bank's system and the mobile number you are currently using. We advise you to visit any of our UOB branches to request an update of your mobile number and to bring a proof of mobile number ownership with you.
After the successful migration, you will be able to use your overseas mobile number to register for UOB TMRW app.
It could be due to an incorrect email address or blank field for the email in our system. Please provide your correct email address to any Branch Servicing Agent or Contact Centre Agent, who will then proceed with updating your email details in the system.
