Insurance policies insured by AIA Company Limited (“AIA”), purchased through life insurance brokers of Citicorp Leasing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. which has changed its registered name to UOB Capital Services Co., Ltd. (“Company”)
Do I need to terminate my current insurance policy(ies)?

No, you will continue to receive the same benefits and coverage under your current insurance policy(ies).
Will there be any effect to my existing AIA policy(ies)?

No, there will be no effect to your existing AIA policy(ies). Rest assured that you will be notified in advance prior to any changes being made.
Where will I be able to update information of my policy, e.g. beneficiary name, personal details, cancellation.

You may contact the insurance company directly to update information of your policy.
Do customers holding AIA insurance need to take any action?

The change in major shareholder and registered name of the Company will not affect the terms of coverage or any benefits with your insurance policy issued by AIA. You do not need to take any additional action and will continue to be covered under the current agreement as before. The Company as an insurance broker will continue to provide assistance on matters related to your insurance policies.
Will there be any changes in policy coverage and policy coverage period?

You will continue to receive the same policy coverage and policy coverage period from the AIA policy you hold. If applicable, you must pay the required premiums upon renewal of your policies within the specified time period.
Insurance Premium Payment
How do I make future payments for my existing life insurance policy(ies) bought through Citi?

You can continue to make future payments for your existing life insurance policy(ies) through your Citi Credit Card as usual. Should there be any change to your credit card number, we will update the details and share it with the insurance company accordingly.
I previously purchased Life Insurance/other Insurance policy(ies) via Citi Telemarketing and premium payment is charged to my Citi Credit Card. What do I need to do?

You are not required to take any action. Payments for your insurance policy(ies) through your Citi Credit Card will be made as usual. Should there be any change to your credit card number, The Bank will update the details and share it with the insurance company accordingly.
If I have enrolled for auto-debit payment for my insurance policy(ies) purchased through Citi, will there be any impact on my payment method?

No, there will be no impact on your auto-debit payment instructions. Rest assured that you will be notified in advance prior to any changes being made.
Are there any changes in the payment due date and payment cycle?

Payment due date and payment cycle will remain the same unless a request to change the premium payment cycle has been made by customer to AIA.
Will there be any changes in the payment channels for insurance policies?

Your payment with respect to insurance premium via credit card or bank account will be continued automatically until further notice of any change. You may contact the Company or contact AIA directly if you would like to change payment method.

You can inquire about the insurance policy you hold through the following channels:
After-sales service: Customer service center to contact the Company, Call 0-2232-4224 (Monday - Friday 8.30 AM - 8.00 PM, and Saturday 8.30 AM - 6:30 PM, except Sunday and bank holidays)
(Providing assistance in answering enquiries or coordinating with AIA to verify the details of insurance policy or the benefits and protection that you receive)
Policy services: AIA Call Center, call 1581 with 24-hour service, or through the AIA iService application or the website www.aia.co.th
