Does the customer have to do anything at this point of time? The customer can use Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit account till when?

You do not need to take any action at the moment. Unless specified otherwise in the relevant notice of assignment letter, you can continue to use Citi's products and services as taken over by UOB, such as the use of Citi Credit Card(s), Citi Ready Credit account, branch services at the Interchange 21 (Asoke), The Crystal and Central World, ATMs, Citi Mobile® Application, Citibank Online, and CitiPhone Banking. If there is any change, UOB will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

UOB is going to review the current products and services it provides (including Citi’s products and services taken over by UOB) and as a part of this exercise, UOB may make further changes and/or issue new UOB credit cards or any other service to relevant customers. UOB will provide prior written notice.
Will the credit limit for Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit change?

Credit limit for Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit will remain the same. If there is any change, UOB will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
What is the outstanding balance of Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit?

The outstanding balance including principal, interest, fees and expenses (if any) of your primary and supplementary Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit account(s) and/or Rewrite (as the case may be) will remain in your current Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit account(s) and/or Rewrite, respectively.
I have both Citi and UOB Credit Card(s). Do I need to cancel my Citi Credit Card?

No, you are not required to cancel your Citi Credit Card. You can continue to use both your UOB and Citi Credit Cards until further notice.
Do I have to sign any UOB form or document for my Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit accounts to be migrated to UOB? Until when can I use my Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit accounts?

No, there's no need to sign any UOB forms or documents at this moment. You can continue to use Citi's products and services as per as usual. In terms of a new UOB-branded credit card or cash card, UOB will issue a new card to you along with the details in due course.
Will I still be able to request for a temporary credit line increase through my Citi Credit Card/Ready Credit ?

Yes, you can request for a temporary credit line increase for your Citi Credit Card and Citi Ready Credit until further notice.
In case I would like to report a lost card and to issue a new card, which channel should I contact?

You can continue to use the Citi's existing channels to report a lost card via CitiPhone Banking 1588, the phone number at the back of the card, or self service through Citi Mobile® App until further notice.
I have both Citi Ready Credit and UOB Cash Plus accounts. Do I need to cancel my Citi Ready Credit account?

No, you are not required to cancel your Citi Ready Credit account. You can continue to use both your Citi Ready Credit and UOB Cash Plus accounts until further notice.

I have a restructure program for my Citi Credit Card. Will my restructure program be affected and where should I make the monthly repayments?

Your restructure program will remain the same. You can make payment via existing payment channels. Rest assured that you will be notified in advance prior to any changes being made.
Who should I contact if I need assistance with my account that is outsourced to Citibank's collection agency?

My Citi Credit Card is cancelled how do I check my outstanding balance details?

How is the Customer’s credit information reported to National Credit Bureau? Will there be an effect to my accounts with Citi and UOB?

No, there will be no effect to your accounts with Citi and UOB. Your Citi-branded accounts have been reported to NCB under UOB since 1 November 2022. With reference to the Credit information Business Act, credit card or loan accounts must have credit information (history of account payment and account status) report to the National Credit Bureau Company (NCB) on a monthly basis.
Will I need to submit a new NCB consent?

You will need to submit a new NCB consent when requesting for new loan or new limit increase and/or applications.
My Citi Credit Card or Citi Ready Credit is cancelled and I have an outstanding balance. Will UOB issue me a new UOB Credit Card/Cash Plus with a new card?

You may continue to use your existing Citi Credit Card or existing Citi Ready Credit’s account number to make repayments for your remaining outstanding balance. In case of cards cancellation, UOB reserves the right to not issue you a new card.
What will happen to Citi Credit Cards and/or Citi Ready Credit account(s)?

Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit account(s) can continue to be used unless stated otherwise in the relevant notice of assignment letter.

All outstanding balances under Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit customer accounts have been transferred to United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited or UOB Services Asset Management Company Limited (for the purpose of this section ‘Citi Credit Cards and/or Citi Ready Credit’, collectively “UOB”).
When will Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit accounts be transferred to UOB?

The transfer of Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit accounts to UOB will take effect from the Transfer Date. You will be notified if there is a change in the Transfer Date.
How will customers be informed about the business transfer?

Citi and UOB have jointly sent a notice of assignment letter with key information on the Transfer Date, assignment details of both Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit customer accounts, and any related obligations, entitlements, receivables and benefits that have been transferred to UOB from the Transfer Date.

The notice of assignment letter has been sent to customers since September 2022 onwards.
How will customers know if their products and services will be transferred to United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited or UOB Services Asset Management Company Limited?

What are applicable interest rate, fees and expenses for Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit account?

Interest rate, interest calculation, and minimum due payment inclusive of service fee, and other fees applicable to Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit account will remain the same until further advance notice of any change by UOB.

For Rewrite, the payment obligation will be per stated in the Rewrite agreement.
How will the Billing Date, Payment Due Date, and Payment Cycle change?

Your Billing Date, Payment Due Date, and Payment Cycle will remain the same. If there is any change, UOB will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
Will there be any change to the redemption of Rewards Points?

The outstanding Rewards Points in your primary and supplementary Citi Credit Card(s) will remain in your current Citi Credit Card(s) without expiry date. Conditions on Rewards Points earn and redemption, including channel to redeem rewards point remains unchanged. If there is any change, UOB will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
How will campaigns and campaign periods be affected for customers who have just joined a Citi campaign?

The campaigns and respective campaign periods will continue as is.
Can customers access their personal information or statement via Citibank Online and Citi Mobile® Application post Business Transfer Date?

Customers can access their personal information or statement via Citibank Online and Citi Mobile® Application from the Transfer Date as per usual. If there is any change, UOB will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
What are the payment channels customers can use post Business Transfer Date?

You can make payment for usage, fees and any other dues in relation to Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit account(s) via Citi payment channels as per usual. If there is a change, UOB will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

How will the direct debit service and/or payment/transaction(s) automatically through Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit change?

Your current direct debit service (if any) to pay utility bills, insurance premiums, mutual fund purchases, and/or other relevant payment(s) automatically through Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit (as the case may be), will continue to be charged as usual on your Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit (as the case may be). If there is any change, UOB will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
Will customers be able to continue using the Electronic Statement Service (e-statement)?

Your enrolled service for Electronic Statement will remain the same. If there is any change, UOB will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
Will the transfer of the business impact customers with insurance?

The transfer of the business will not affect the terms or coverage and/or any benefits in your insurance policy. You are still covered under the terms and conditions stated in your insurance agreement. You can directly inquire about the insurance policy you hold with your Insurance Provider.

For holders of life insurance policies with the protection of Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit’s facility and/or outstanding, the beneficiary of such policies will be changed from Citi to UOB with effect from the Transfer Date.
Can Insurance Premium Payment be made by Direct Debit Service from Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit account?

You can continue using direct debit service to deduct money from Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit account automatically to pay insurance premium until UOB notifies you of the changes in advance.
How is the NCB reporting for the receivables transferred to UOB Services Asset Management Company Limited (“UOBSAM”)?

UOBSAM is not a member of NCB and is not obligated to submit the customer’s Credit Information to NCB. However, the customer can contact and submit NCB an evidence of full repayment in respect of the receivables transferred to UOBSAM.
