  1. Central gift voucher is reserved for UOB Royal Orchid Plus credit cardholder with spending as per campaign requirement only.
  2. The Bank will calculate spending amount via UOB Royal Orchid Plus credit card for both primary and supplementary cards on the transaction date.
  3. Central gift voucher will be calculated from spending/ sales slip (both primary and supplementary card) and limit up to THB 3,500/ cardholder/ campaign period.
  4. The Bank will deliver Central gift voucher to the primary cardholder’s address that is registered with the Bank within 90 days after the campaign ends in condition that cardholder must maintain membership status until the day of voucher delivery.
  5. The Bank will not be responsible for any loss or damage of Central gift voucher.
  1. One primary card member will receive only one prize throughout the campaign period.
  2. The 1st – 5th top spenders who receive 500,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles need to have accumulated spending with minimum at THB 3,000,000/ campaign period.
  3. The 6th – 8th top spenders who receive 360,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles need to have accumulated spending with minimum at THB 1,500,000/ campaign period.
  4. The 9th – 15th top spenders who receive 170,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles need to have accumulated spending with minimum at THB 1,000,000/ campaign period.
  5. In the case there are card members who have same accumulated spending more than 1 person, the Bank reserves the right to give prize to card member who completes accumulated spending first in each rank.  
  6. 500,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles, equivalent first class air ticket Europe destination, is based on miles redemption rate of Thai airways as of 15 October 2024.
  7. 360,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles, equivalent business class air ticket Europe destination, is based on miles redemption rate of Thai airways as of 15 October 2024.
  8. 170,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles, equivalent economy class air ticket Europe destination, is based on miles redemption rate of Thai airways as of 15 October 2024.
  9. Royal Orchid Plus miles are reserved for card members who provide Royal Orchid Plus membership account to the Bank only.
  10. The Bank will contact card members or send SMS to card members to confirm Royal Orchid Plus membership account within 60 days after the campaign ends. Royal Orchid Plus miles will be recorded in Royal Orchid Plus membership account within 90 days after the program ends.
  11. Conditions for Royal Orchid Plus miles are according to terms and conditions by Thai Airways International Public Company Limited.
  1. This UOB Royal Orchid Plus credit card campaign is reserved for UOB Royal Orchid Plus credit card issued in Thailand (UOB customers holding an eligible Citi-branded credit card may benefit from this offer) who spent and register this campaign via SMS or the UOB TMRW application during 15 October’24 to 31 December’24 (the “Campaign Period”). By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this campaign (the “Terms”). 
  2. Cardholders required for one-time SMS registration throughout the campaign and cardholders must keep response SMS as evidence of registration.
  3. “Participating spending transactions” means spending transactions with UOB Royal Orchid Plus credit cards both within Thailand and overseas by calculating the spending amount on transaction date. List of non-participating transactions are as follow:
    1. Fees, interest, and penalties in case of default financial expenses, credit card annual fee, withdrawing money from an ATM
    2. Money transfer (balance and/or funds transfers) and all types of transactions involving money transfers
    3. Various spending items that were later canceled or voided for any reason
    4. Foreign currency exchange
    5. Buying and selling Cryptocurrencies
    6. Investment, Mutual Fund, LTF, RMF, all types of Mutual Fund, stocks, and debt instruments
    7. Life insurance, health insurance, all types of insurance (the Bank will refer to Merchant Category Code (MCC) 5960 and 6300), Unit link product the Bank will refer to Merchant Category Code (MCC) 6211)
    8. Spending at Makro
    9. Spending at gas stations
    10. Installment payment of unbilled amount
    11. IPP conversion
    12. Monthly installment payment amount through UOB PayLater
    13. UOB PayAnything
    14. Cash Advance withdrawal and Call for Cash
    15. Electricity, water, utilities expense categories, easyBills, and spending on Merchant Category Code (MCC) 4900
    16. Spending in Thai Baht at overseas merchants and online merchants (website or application) registered outside Thailand such as Amazon, Google, Facebook, PayPal, Netflix, and Apple
    17. Cancellation of any purchased products and services (domestically and internationally)
    18. Refund/ Reversal transaction
    19. Tax refund and tax on sales and services
  4. Transaction incurred abroad in foreign currency will be converted to Thai Baht currency using the Bank's exchange rate for calculating the spending amount.
  5. Both Spending amount via primary and supplementary card will be calculated as one account for the primary card to receive Central gift voucher and Royal Orchid Plus miles.
  6. In the case that the cardholder cancels the spending amount after the campaign ends, the Bank reserves the right to charge the amount of the gift vouchers and prizes received through your credit card account.
  7. UOB customers holding an existing Citi-branded Credit Card may benefit from this offer with limit from all cards combined (Exclusively for Citi Royal Orchid Plus Credit cardholder).
  8. This campaign is reserved for UOB/Citi Royal Orchid Plus credit cards that are issued in Thailand and card members must maintain membership status, with good payment history until the date of the receipt of the prizes.
  9. This campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other campaigns.
  10. Central gift voucher and Royal Orchid Plus miles cannot be transferred to another person, changed, or exchanged for cash or other goods whether in partial or entire part of the prize.
  11. All prizes are provided by third parties. The Bank is not an agent of the merchant and/or provider of the prizes. Therefore, the Bank is not involved in guaranteeing or guaranteeing the quality, value, or merchantability or suitability of the prize and the Bank will not be responsible for any actions or non-compliance or defects that occur in any prizes. Any disputes regarding prizes must be addressed directly to the merchant and/or prize provider. The Bank is not involved in assisting on behalf of the winner in dealing with merchants and/or prize suppliers.
  12. The Bank reserves the right to decide on any disputes or disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign.
