Limit redemption at 100,000 points/cardholder (including all primary card types)/campaign period
UOB Rewards Points will be instantly redeemed at the redemption date.
Participating in this points redemption for additional discount program, if the discount calculation has decimal, the Bank reserves the right to deduct additional points for automatically providing the full amount of discount. If there is any transaction billing customer in decimal, the Bank will adjust the refund amount within 60 days without affecting the customer having to pay the excess amount incurred from redeeming points.
In case of insufficient Rewards Points/sales slip, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the redemption transaction.
Rewards points that have been redeemed cannot be undone with no exception.
The sales slip used to redeem the discount can only be used once.
The Bank reserves the right to offer this privilege only to UOB Mercedes credit cardmembers without overdue payment or over-limit status on the transaction date.
Spending amount that is calculated to receive a discount in this promotion except the following: the purchase of all types of gift vouchers or gift cards, money top-up to all types of cards, the purchase made for investment, utilities payment, wholesales, purchasing gold or diamonds, all types of financial/insurance transactions, installment products, product reservation form or product deposit slip, 0% I-Plan installment transactions and voided/reversed transactions. Only the amount that has been recorded into the Bank's system on the transaction date will be counted.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
In the event of a dispute in the calculation of points redemption for additional discounts, the primary cardholder must contact the Bank for verification within 30 days after campaign ended. The Bank reserves the right of final decision on any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
These terms and conditions may be translated into English language. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between Thai and English versions, Thai version shall prevail.
