Conditions for Privilege 1

  1. Earn 25x UOB Rewards Points on new car deposit online payment at Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealers nationwide. Cardholders will receive additional 5x UOB Rewards Points (from normal 20x) and limit spending on new car deposit online payment up to THB 100,000/account/calendar year.
  2. Earn 15x UOB Rewards Points for every card spending via the Bank EDC machine (Electronic Data Capture) at Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealers nationwide. Cardholders will receive additional 11x UOB Rewards Points (from normal 4x).
  3. Extra Rewards Points will not be applicable for UOB I-Plan transaction at Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer nationwide. Cardholders will receive 2x UOB Rewards Points as normal spending.
  4. Extra Rewards Points will be uploaded to UOB Mercedes primary card within 60 days after the campaign end.
  5. The Bank reserves the right to provide UOB Rewards Points if there is cancellation of products or services ordered.
  6. UOB Rewards Points will be accrued in primary card only.
  7. UOB Rewards Points cannot be exchanged and transferred to cash or to others.

Conditions for Privilege 2

  1. The Bank will calculate spending amount via UOB Mercedes credit card for both primary and supplementary cards on the transaction date.
  2. Central voucher will be calculated from spending amount / month (both primary and supplementary card) and limited Central voucher THB 1,200 /cardholder/month and up to THB 3,600/cardholder/campaign period.
  3. The Bank will deliver Central Voucher to the primary cardholder’s address that is registered with the Bank within 60 days after the campaign ends in condition that cardholder must maintain membership status until the day of voucher delivery.

Conditions for Privilege 3

  1. Eligibility is calculated from UOB Mercedes credit cardmember with the following transactions via both primary and supplementary card during 1 Jul ’24 - 30 Sep’24.
    • Get 1 chance when spending every THB 1,000 / sales slip for general spending.
    • Get 5 chances when spending every THB 1,000 / sales slip at Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealers nationwide.
    • Get 15 chances when New Customer applies for UOB Mercedes credit card (primary card only) and get credit card approval between 1 Jul ‘24 – 30 Sep’24
  2. New Customer means any applicant who have never own any UOB credit card or Citi-branded credit card or existed customer who cancelled using credit card for more than 6 months.
  3. The Bank will print out the last 12 digits of credit card for whose are eligible for lucky draw chances per condition of the campaign. The lucky draw will be conducted on 29 Nov’24 at 11.00 AM at a branch of United Overseas Bank Thai (PCL). The details of the 50 winners (“The Winners”) will be announced at uob.co.th on 9 Dec’24.

    Note: Price of the prizes as of 31 May’24.
    The Bank reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with items of equivalent or higher value in the case that the prize is in short supply or has a cancelled production line from the third-party merchant and/or supplier that may not meet any of the requirement at the time of prize delivery.
  1. The winners will be contacted by a UOB’s Call Center via the telephone number provided to the Bank within 7 business days after the Bank’s announcement date. The Bank will send letter which specified additional details for receiving the prize to the Winners by post (“Prize Notification Letter”) within 15 business days after being contacted UOB’s Call Center. For the prize confirmation, the Winners shall respond and/or agree to confirm the Bank to deduct withholding tax according to the conditions specified in Section 8 within 31 Jan’25 via the channels or methods specified by the Bank. Otherwise, the Winners will be disqualified.
  2. In the case that UOB’s Call Center is unable to reach the Winner via the telephone number provided to the Bank within 7 business days after the Bank’s announcement date (unable to contact within 18 Dec’24), including the event that the Winner does not show up to redeem the prize within the specified period and/or does not comply with conditions as specified within the Prize Notification Letter, and/or does not comply with all terms and conditions of this campaign, the Bank will not extend the prize redemption period in any case. The Bank reserves the right to offer the prize to the next reserve winner.
  3. The Bank reserves the right to decline any redemption of a prize if the Winner does not comply with the conditions for receiving the prize and/or any requirements set out in the terms and conditions at the time of redemption. No replacement will be issued for a lost, stolen, or destroyed destroyed prize after prize delivery.
  4. Limit rights of UOB Mercedes cardholder. The Lucky Draw is limited by chances and 1 customer is eligible to win 1 prize with the highest value throughout the campaign period. In case the winner is disqualified or does not meet all requirements, the Bank will draw a list of reserve winners for each prize.
  5. It is a requirement that the Winners are obligated to pay the withholding tax 5% of the total value of the prize received, according to the Revenue Departmental Order. No. Tor Por 4/2528 together with the Revenue Departmental Order. No. Tor Por 104/2544. The Bank will charge the withholding tax into the Winner’s UOB Mercedes primary credit card.
  6. The Bank reserves the rights to calculate participating spending for the lucky draw chances, including making amendments to the list of cardholders who are disqualified according to terms and conditions of this campaign in all cases at the Bank’s sole discretion.
  7. Winners must provide consent to participate in the award ceremony and let the Bank to take photographs and/or videos for purposes of marketing and public relations of the Bank.
  8. The winner of Mercedes-Benz EQE 350 4MATIC SUV AMG DYNAMIC must be responsible for car registration fee, car transfer fee, car insurance and deposit fee for the red number plate.
  9. Hotel voucher 3 day 2 night package of Heritage Railcar Pool Villa at InterContinental Khao Yai Resort including breakfast for 2 persons is applicable on Monday to Sunday.
  10. Hotel voucher is expired on 31 May’25 and cannot be extended once expired
  11. Hotel Voucher is not applicable on the long weekends/public holidays from 20 Dec’24 to 4 Jan’25, 28 Jan’25 to 4 Feb’25 and 13 Apr’25 to 15 Apr’25. Terms and conditions for hotel voucher are as specified by the Hotel.
  12. Hotel voucher cannot be returned, redeemed, sold, or exchanged for cash.

  21. Staff of United Overseas Bank (Thai) (PCL), UOB’s related corporations and affiliates, and staff of Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) and its related corporations and affiliates shall not be eligible to participate in this campaign.

Common Conditions for Privilege 1-3

  1. This UOB Mercedes credit card campaign is reserved for UOB Mercedes credit card issued in Thailand (UOB customers holding an eligible Citi-branded credit card may benefit from this offer) who spent and sent SMS campaign registration during 1 Jul’24 to 30 Sep’24 (the “Campaign Period”). By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this campaign (the “Terms”).
  2. Cardholders required for one-time SMS registration throughout the campaign and cardholders must keep response SMS as evidence of registration.
  3. “Participating spending transactions” means spending transactions with UOB Mercedes credit cards both within Thailand and overseas by calculating the spending amount on transaction date. List of non-participating transactions are as follow:
    1. Fees, interest, and penalties in case of default financial expenses, credit card annual fee, withdrawing money from an ATM
    2. List MCC 6012 (FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS – MERCHANDISE & SERVICES) / 6211 (SECURITY BROKERS/DEALERS) and 7995 (BETTING, INCLUDING LOTTERY TICKETS, CASINO & RACK TRACKS)
    3. Money transfer (balance and/or funds transfers) and all types of transactions involving money transfers
    4. Various spending items that were later canceled or voided for any reason
    5. Foreign currency exchange
    6. Buying and selling Cryptocurrencies
    7. Buying Insurance, Unit Link and all types of mutual funds
    8. Tax refund, Reversal or Refund
    9. For UOB I-Plan installment transaction through the EDC at merchants, the Bank will calculate transaction spending from monthly billed amount within campaign period (30 Sep’24).
    10. Cash Advance withdrawal, Call for Cash and PayAnything programs
    11. Tax on sales and services
    12. Total spending at gas stations nationwide
    13. List of utility expense categories including various spending amounts in the MCC 4900 category
    14. Monthly installment payment amount through UOB PayLater
  4. Transaction incurred abroad in foreign currency will be converted to Thai Baht currency using the Bank's exchange rate for calculating the spending amount. After that, it will be counted as the number of rights to get the chance of Lucky Draw according to the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
  5. Both Spending amount via primary and supplementary card will be calculated as one account for the primary card to receive Central gift voucher and/or get chance for a lucky draw.
  6. In the event that the cardholder cancels the spending amount after the campaign ends, the Bank reserves the right to charge the amount of the gift vouchers and prizes received through your credit card account.
  7. The Winners must maintain UOB Mercedes credit card’s membership status with proven good payment record until the prize delivery.
  8. All types of prizes cannot be transferred to another person, changed, or exchanged for cash or other goods whether in partial or entire part of the prize.
  9. All prizes are provided by third parties. The Bank is not an agent of the merchant and/or provider of the prizes. Therefore, the Bank is not involved in guaranteeing or guaranteeing the quality, value, or merchantability or suitability of the prize and the Bank will not be responsible for any actions or non-compliance or defects that occur in any prizes. Any disputes regarding prizes must be addressed directly to the merchant and/or prize provider. The Bank is not involved in assisting on behalf of the winner in dealing with merchants and/or prize suppliers.
  10. The Bank reserves the right to decide on any disputes or disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign.
  11. The Bank will not be responsible for any loss or damage of all prizes or gift vouchers.
