This discount code is valid for cardholders of UOB Credit Card, TMRW Credit Card and Citi-Branded Credit Card issued in Thailand only.
Only bookings made using a valid UOB Credit Card, TMRW Credit Card and Citi-Branded Credit Card during the campaign period, and in THB currencies are eligible.
The Promotion is applicable to all accommodations made through a dedicated Site at: https://uob.unravelapp.com, unless marked otherwise on the Site.
1st Privilege: This privilege is valid for bookings made from 10 Feb – 10 Apr ’25.
*Get a 20% discount on hotel bookings made through the above-mentioned website, and it can be combined with other available discounts.
Customers can access this special rate by entering the offer code UOB20 on the booking review page (before payment).
The discount amount will be capped at THB 5,000 per booking. Customers are eligible to use the offer code multiple times without any limit on the number of bookings.
The discount will be applied at the time of payment, reducing the total booking amount. In case of cancellations, the refund will be processed according to the Unravel cancellation policy as specified during the time of booking.
The offer code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value.
Unravel reserves the right to cancel bookings or withdraw the offer if it detects any misuse of the offer code or violation of the terms and conditions.
By using the offer code, customers agree to these terms and conditions. All other standards Unravel T&Cs apply along with the above mentioned ones.
2nd Privilege: This privilege is valid for bookings made from 14 Feb - 15 Mar ’25.
Get an additional E-Coupon of THB 2,500 for your next booking with a hotel stay of THB 5,000 or more (net amount after discounts).
This E-coupon is valid for 6 months after receiving the voucher via email.
Limited to the first 100 customers with confirmed bookings.
This E-Coupon can be combined with other on-going promotions on the site.
Eligible Credit cardholders will receive the E-Coupon via email from Unravel within 2 weeks after the campaign ends (by 29 Mar ’25).
The email will be sent to the registered email address used during booking.
Cancelled, refunded, or partially refunded bookings are NOT eligible for the E-Coupon.
Each Credit cardholder is limited to 1 E-Coupon under this campaign, even if multiple bookings are made.
The first 100 eligible bookings are determined by the time of booking confirmation, not the time of payment.
Only genuine retail travel bookings qualify. Bookings made with the intention of resale, transfers, or any suspected fraudulent activities may be disqualified.
If a booking is later canceled after receiving the E-Coupon, Unravel and the Bank reserve the right to void the rewarded unique E-Coupon.
The E-Coupon is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash.
General Terms & Conditions
All bookings made through the Site are at all times subject to Unravel Terms of Use at https://uob.unravelapp.com and other policies then in effect.
The Promotion is subject to these General Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change at any time. In the event of any ambiguity, these General terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with Unravel and/or the Bank interpretation.
