- The Bank reserves the right in calculating chances for the list of Eligible Transactions and the list of Excluded Transactions from time to time, including making amendments to the list of cardholders or account holders who are disqualified according to terms and conditions of this Campaign in all cases at the Bank’s sole discretion.
- For cardholders who successfully register for the promotion, the bank will aggregate foreign currency transactions from all UOB credit card transactions, throughout the promotion period to calculate eligibility for the Lucky Draw as per the defined criteria. The eligibility will be counted based on the transaction date.
- The spending of both primary and supplementary cardholders will be combined into the primary cardholder’s account for eligibility in this promotion.

- The winner who wins the Prize are responsible for paying 5% withholding tax in accordance with the Revenue Department's Order No. T.P.4/2528 or any other rate specified by law. The bank will charge this amount through the winner’s primary credit card.
- The Bank is responsible for withholding a 5% tax on the prize value that the winner receives. The winner must include the prize's value in their total income to be taxed under the personal income tax system at progressive rates, which may result in additional tax payment.

- The Bank will announce the names of the 50 eligible winners of the awards (“Winner”) on September 1, 2025, via the UOB website.
- The Winner must attend the award ceremony and follow the photo bank. and/or record an acknowledgment video to receive information in public relations and marketing for designated banking organizations.
- The Winner will be contacted by UOB Call Center to acknowledge as the Winner of the campaign via the registered mobile phone number. The Bank will also send the notification letter or e-mail to inform the Winner by 15 working days after contacting via UOB Call Center.
- The winner must be a Thai national with a current residence in Thailand. The winner must personally collect the prize at UOB Headquarters. To claim the prize, the winner must present the following documents: Original and a copy of the national ID card. If the winner cannot personally collect the prize, they may authorize someone else to collect it on their behalf, provided they present proof of authorization. If the winner does not claim the prize by the specified deadline, the bank will consider the prize forfeited and will offer it to the next eligible person in line.
- Prizes cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged, or exchanged for cash. Or any other type of product, whether it is part of or all.
- The bank reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable or discontinued, due to any reasons from the vendor and/or prize supplier at the time of delivery.
- The Bank reserves the right to choose the color of the prize, which cannot be selected or changed.
- All prizes are provided by third parties. The Bank is not an agent of the merchant and/or prize provider. Therefore, the Bank is not involved in guaranteeing or guaranteeing the quality, value, or defects of any prize, merchantability or appropriateness of the prize, and the bank will not be responsible for any actions or non-compliance or defects that occur in any prizes. Any dispute regarding prizes please contact the merchant and/or prize provider directly.
- The bank reserves the right to refuse to award the prize if it does not meet any of the requirements at the time the Winner receives the prize. And there will be no exchange or replacement in the event of lost prizes, stolen or destroyed after delivery.
- In cases where the Bank is unable to contact the winner at the phone number provided within October 31,2025, or if the winner not showing up to receive the prize within the specified period, and/or does not comply with the instructions and conditions outlined in the prize notification letter, and/or does not comply with the terms and conditions of this promotion, any remaining prizes will be donated to the Thai Red Cross Society.

- This Shop the World Win big 2025 (“Campaign”) is valid from 1 April’25 – 30 June’25, both dates inclusive (the “Campaign Period”). By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign (the “Terms”).
- This Campaign is open to all holders of UOB Credit Card and TMRW Credit Card. For the purposes of these Terms, “UOB Credit Card and TMRW Credit Card” refers to any Visa, MasterCard issued by United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited (“UOB”) but does not include any UOB Corporate cards.
- To participate in this Campaign, customer must successfully register to participate in this Campaign via UOB TMRW Mobile Banking App within Campaign Period ("TMRW Registration") or SMS Registration.
- TMRW Registration via Rewards+ service by inputting last 12 digits of credit card and (free of charge) or SMS Registration by typing “OVS” and space and last 12 digit of credit card and send to 4545111 (SMS fee depend on your package).
- Once finish registration, cardholder will receive confirmation SMS at registered mobile phone number. The successful registration means cardholder registers with the accurate data. Once it’s successfully registered, the registration will be effective since campaign start date on 1 April 2025. One time registration by customer level is required during campaign period. Cardholder must keep the SMS confirmation message as evidence of enrollment. Only successful TMRW Registration or SMS Registration received by UOB will be considered for this Campaign. Any incomplete or inaccurate TMRW Registration will not be considered and consequently be disqualified.
- Eligible Spending refers to the spending made through UOB credit cards that qualify for the promotion, including overseas spending in foreign currency. Only transactions paid under Merchant Category Codes (MCC) as defined by VISA and MasterCard will be counted. The transaction date (Transaction Date) will be used for calculation, but it does not include non-eligible spending.
- This campaign does not include spending as following Insurance and mutual fund subscription fees, investment purchases, financial transactions, all types of insurance premiums, stocks, bonds, or financial services. Fees, interest, late payment penalties, financial charges, annual fees, personal loan fees, and ATM withdrawal fees. Any transaction related to money transfers. Transactions that have been canceled or voided for any reason. Monthly utility payments made via credit card (recurring transactions), Spending to convert Thai Baht to foreign currency, Digital currency (cryptocurrency) transactions, Spending in Thai Baht made via foreign-registered merchants or online stores (e.g., Amazon, Google, Facebook, PayPal) , Transactions made at foreign merchants where the cardholder chooses to pay for goods/services in Thai Baht at the point of sale (DCC Transactions), Online purchases of goods and services from foreign merchants, Tourism taxes (tax refund), Product returns (refund/reversal transactions), Cash advances, money transfers, interest, penalties, and all types of fees, as well as VAT refunds on products or services later, Sales and service taxes, Transactions made via business credit cards or on behalf of an organization (Corporate Cards).
- A merchant’s registered MCC may not always correspond with its nature of business. The MCCs are assigned by the merchant’s acquiring bank. UOB does not determine the merchants’ MCC. UOB shall not be liable in any way whatsoever relating to the categorization of a merchant’s MCC.
- In the case of the Cancellation the transaction by Cardholder after the program had ended. The Bank reserves the right to charge the amount of the cash rebate and prizes received through your credit card account.
- The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions
- Cash rebate cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or transferred to another account.
- The bank will not be responsible for any loss or damage of all prizes.
- The Bank reserves the right of final decision on any disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign.
- These terms and conditions may be translated into English language. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Thai and English versions, Thai version shall prevail.
