Complimentary Limousine for UOB Royal Orchid Plus Visa cardholders at airports in China, Japan and Korea*

  • This privilege is reserved for UOB customers with a UOB Royal Orchid Plus Visa Credit Card who register during 1 March 2025 – 30 April 2025 and receive a SMS response after registration.
  • One-time SMS registration is required: Type ROPVS [space] the last 12 digits of your credit card and send it to 4545111 (SMS fee depends on your package).
  • This privilege is reserved for primary card holders.
  • This privilege is limited to 1 airport transfer/customer/campaign period. If the customer holds more than 1 UOB Royal Orchid Plus Visa Credit Card, they are still eligible for only 1 airport transfer per campaign period.
  • The bank will send a code via SMS to the phone number provided by the customer to the bank within 60 days after the campaign ends. Customers eligible for this privilege must maintain Credit Card membership status on the date customers wish to use the airport transfer service.
  • The code must only be used for either airport pick-up or airport drop-off services.
  • 1 Code/1 Trip and codes will be expired within 31 December 2025.
  • To use this service, eligible customers must make their airport transfer reservation between 1 July 2025 - 31 December 2025.
  • Reservation for the airport transfer service must be made via https://system.tbrglobal.com/limo/uobropvisa
  • The Bank is not responsible for or, nor required to compensate for, any expenses or damages if the customer fails to make a reservation within the specified period or through the designated channel.
  • There is a limit of 1,050 complimentary airport transfers/campaign period on a first reserve, first served basis. 100 at PEK (Beijing), at PVG (Shanghai), 100 at SZX (Shenzhen), 100 at HND (Tokyo), 200 at NRT (Tokyo), 150 at KIX (Osaka), 200 at ICN (Seoul).
  • The number of complimentary airport transfers at each participating airport is subject to change. The Bank reserves the right to amend these numbers throughout the campaign period.
  • The Bank may verify that the names on the airport transfer service reservation match those on the UOB Royal Orchid Plus Visa Credit Card. If they do not match, the Bank reserves the right to charge the cardholders the actual cost of the airport transfer service to the Credit Card.
  • Each customer is entitled to 1 complimentary airport limousine transfers per campaign period at participating airports in China, Japan, and Korea.
  • All charges must be made on UOB Royal Orchid Plus Visa and equivalent Citi-branded Credit Card.
  • Additional charges for cancellation, amendments, and waiting time will apply and must be borne by the cardholder. Extra stops are not permitted.
  • The airport transfer service has passenger and luggage limitation including Maximum 3 passengers per car; Maximum 2 large suitcases (typically no larger than 28 inches); Soft carry-on luggage is allowed, but passengers must carry it themselves in the vehicle or on their laps, ensuring no potential damage to the vehicle. The driver may decline service if luggage exceeds capacity.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all their luggage and personal belongings when using the limousine service. The Bank and the airport transfer service provider are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
  • During the use of limousine service, it is passenger’s responsibility to check the numbers of luggage and/or other personal belongings from airport to hotel or hotel to airport. The Bank and airport transfer service provider are not involved and will not be responsible on the passenger luggage and/or other personal belongings in any cases.
  • Airport transfer services have a complimentary transfer distance allowance, which is based on kilometers, specified by service provider. Any excess charges beyond the complimentary transfer allowance will be advised to cardholder upon confirmation of the booking. Cardholder will be charged for excess charge per kilometer.
  • The Bank reserves rights of final decision on any disputes arising out of or in connection with this terms and conditions.
  • Unused complimentary limousine services will be forfeited on 31 December 2025 and cannot be carried forward to the following year.
  • Complimentary service is not exchangeable for cash or in kind and not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or privileges.
  • The Bank and participating partners reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer.
  • The limousine service provider is responsible for tracking only the flight details provided by the customer. If there are any changes due to connecting or transit flights, the customer must take responsibility for these changes. The benefit cannot be reinstated if the customer fails to arrive on time as per the terms and conditions.
  • It is the cardholder’s responsibility to allow sufficient time for travel to the airport and check-in. The Bank is not liable for delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
  • The luxury airport service is provided by third-party suppliers, not The Bank. The vehicle provided will be an executive-type sedan, but the make and model are subject to availability. The Bank does not guarantee a specific vehicle model. The Bank is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers or any deficiencies in service. The Bank has no liability for loss, personal injury, or death incurred during the use of such facilities and services unless:
    • Such loss, personal injury or death is / are caused solely by the Bank's negligence; or
    • Such liability cannot be excluded under law (in which case it is limited to the maximum extent permitted under the law). In some countries, services may come with a non-excludable guarantee or warranty that they will be provided with due care and skill. The nature and application of these guarantees or warranties will depend on the relevant country.
  • Use when necessary and pay back full amount on time to avoid 16% interest rate.
  • These terms and conditions may be translated into English language. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between Thai and English versions, Thai version shall prevail.

Reservations

  • All booking is subject to availability.
  • Booking for the services must be made at least 72 hours prior to commencement of travel. The Bank reserves the right to reject booking of services if less than 72 hours before commencement of travel.

Cancellation and Charges

  • There is no charge for any cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the service and capped entitlement will not be considered utilized.
  • For any cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, there is a 100% charge equivalent to full invoice and capped entitlement will be considered utilized. Cardholders will need to pay the additional fees that is required for the new booking.
  • Additional charges applied less than 48 hours; cardholders will need to pay the additional fees that is required for the new booking.
  • For additional luggage, a larger vehicle or child or infant car seat is required. Please provide number of passenger and luggage during booking. Note: some destinations have made it mandatory for infant/child car seats to be provided.
  • In the event that UOB Royal Orchid Plus Visa Credit Card has been cancelled due to any reason; the cardholder acknowledges and accepts that the complimentary limousine services will be cancelled even though the cardholder has booked the service before the cancellation of UOB Royal Orchid Plus Visa Credit Card.
