The UOB KrisFlyer Credit Cards campaign runs from 17 January 2024 – 30 April 2024 (Campaign period). Participating card members shall comply with all terms and conditions of the campaign (Terms and Conditions).
This campaign is applicable to UOB KrisFlyer Credit Cards issued by United Overseas Bank (Thai) PLC only.
Participating UOB KrisFlyer Credit Cards shall be approved by 12 April 2024 and have spending on UOB KrisFlyer Credit Cards per the Terms and Conditions by 30 April 2024.
All spending transactions on UOB KrisFlyer Credit Cards transacted by 30 April 2024 are eligible, except the transactions below:
All fees, interest, late fee, financial expense on collection, credit card annual fee and VAT
The full amount of Instalment transactions at Point of Sales, swiped through EDC and Transactions that later is converted to Installment (IPP conversion). However, UOB will count the right based on Instalment amount billed at each cycle date but within campaign period of up to 30 April 2024

UOB reserves the right at any time to amend the list of eligible transactions and the list of excluded transactions at its sole discretion.
Spending in foreign currencies shall be converted to Thai Baht and calculated for number of chances for the lucky draw.
Primary and supplementary card members are eligible to participate in this campaign. The primary card and supplementary card’s spending will be combined to calculate the number of chances, however; the prize will be awarded to the primary card member only.
In the event that the card member cancels or voids any transaction, the spending will be re-calculated per the Terms and Conditions.
Winners are obliged to pay 5% withholding tax of the prize unit value, in accordance with The Revenue Department Thor Phor number 4/2528 together with Thor Phor number 28/2544. The tax amount will be charged to the UOB KrisFlyer primary credit card.
Winners are required to personally attend the prize presentation ceremony and allow photo and vidoes of him/her to be taken for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes where required by UOB.
The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes exclude all other items, such as (without limitation) airport tax and fuel, any in-flight purchase or add-ons, additional baggage fees, miscellaneous costs and/or taxes involved in the receiving of KrisFlyer miles, all personal expenses, visa fees and/or any other fees and charges, all of which shall be borne by the winners. The awarded KrisFlyer miles can only be used towards redemption of base air fare and cannot be used to offset any taxes or surcharges.
The prize will be awarded in the form of KrisFlyer miles to the winners and the winners’ chosen companions. The prize will be credited directly to the winners’ KrisFlyer account linked to the Cardholder’s UOB-KrisFlyer Credit Cards and his/her companion’s KrisFlyer account respectively. The winner shall inform UOB of his/her chosen companion’s KrisFlyer account by 31 July 2024. Failing to do so will cause the prize to be forfeited.
KrisFlyer miles awarded for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize can be used to redeem a “Business Saver Award” round-trip ticket from Bangkok to London , “Business Saver Award’ round-trip ticket from Bangkok to Melbourne , or an “Economy Saver Award” round-trip from Bangkok to Singapore, as applicable. The conversion rates of the Business Saver Award and the Economy Saver Award are in accordance with the KrisFlyer Loyalty program as of 1 December 2023.
Value of prizes is based on KrisFlyer miles top up rate of USD0.04 per mile.
Winners shall redeem the award tickets directly on the Singapore Airlines website. Redemption of award tickets are subject to seat availability. UOB shall not be involved in the redemption of KrisFlyer miles
KrisFlyer miles are valid for three (3) years from the date on which the miles are credited into the recipient’s KrisFlyer account. No extension is permitted. Duplex Pool Villa at Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villa for 2 nights including Breakfast for 2 persons is valid from 16 July – 21 December 2024, Monday – Sunday , except long weekends, festive, and national public holidays. The lucky draw will be conducted on 30 June 2024 at 11.00 am at UOB branch. The lucky draw will be witnessed by a public accountant appointed by UOB at its sole discretion. The details of the 125 winners (“The winner”) will be announced at www.uob.co.th on 9 July 2024.
The winners will be contacted by a UOB call agent within 7 days after the announcement date, The bank will send letter to customers by post (“Prize Notification letter”) within 15 days after being contacted by the call agent. The winners shall send back to UOB, the completed and acknowledged Prize Notification letter, as the proof of accepting the prizes per the Terms and Conditions.
By participating in this campaign and in addition to any other consent you have already provided to UOB and any right of UOB under any applicable law, you consent to UOB and its necessary third parties collecting, using and disclosing your information (including your personal data) for the purpose of the campaign (including but not limited to publishing your details for the purposes of the lucky draw), and to contact you by voice call or text message.
In case that the call agent has attempted to contact but cannot reach the winners within 7 working days after the announcement date (16 July 2024), UOB is obliged to disqualify the winners and will award the prize to reserve winners. All prizes must be redeemed during the stated period and according to the Terms and Conditions. For avoidance of doubt, any prizes not redeemed within the stated redemption period will be forfeited.
The prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other merchandise, or vouchers, whether in part or in full.
The prizes are supplied by a third party. UOB makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, value, merchantability of prizes. UOB assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or omission of the third party or any non-performance or defects in any of the prizes. Any dispute regarding the prizes must be resolved directly with the third party or service provider.
UOB reserves the right to decline any redemption of the prizes if any of the Terms and Conditions are not met. Hotel vouchers that are lost, stolen, or destroyed will not be reissued and cannot be redeemed.
There is a limit of 1 prize per customer per campaign period. In case the winner is disqualified, UOB reserves the right to award the prize to the reserve winner.
Employees of UOB (Thai) and Singapore Airlines, including affiliates, are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
