Terms and Conditions for receiving Singapore Airlines ticket

• UOB KrisFlyer card members who are the top 10 spenders that spending via singaporeair.com or SingaporeAir App will receive a complimentary round-trip Business Class ticket on Singapore Airlines for travel between Bangkok to Singapore or Phuket to Singapore valued at THB 20,300 (valued as of 1 October 2024)
• Card member must spend at minimum of THB 250,000 in the campaign period.
• If there are any cancellation or void of the transactions, the bank will charge the amount according to claim value of air ticket.
• The bank will calculate the spending via UOB KrisFlyer Credit Card, primary and supplementary card combined.
• Air ticket cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The bank will notify eligible card member by sending SMS to phone numbers given to the bank within 60 days after campaign period end. Eligible card member must inform full name and KrisFlyer membership number when make a reservation with Singapore Airlines.
• Card members are required to retain the SMS confirmation reply message for future reference.
• Air ticket details:
  • The ticket must be issued by 30 April 2025 and validity for travel outbound is from 1 February 2025 to 30 August 2025. No extension will be allowed.
  • A reservation must be made through email TH_Commercial@singaporeair.com.sg  
  • 14 days’ advance booking before departure is required.
  • The ticket has no monetary value, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The ticket is not eligible for mileage accrual.
  • The passenger is responsible for all out-of-pocket expenses valued at THB 2,495 ((valued as of 1 October 2024 and subject to change) for airport tax, travel tax, etc.
  • The ticket is only applicable for flights booked on Singapore Airlines.
  • The ticket is applicable only for travel flights that depart from Bangkok and Phuket.
  • The booking will be on a specific booking class (D class) and subject to seat availability. Limited inventory during public holidays.
  • Flight or date changes and no-show fees are applied based on the terms and conditions of the ticket.
  • Cancellation of a flight booking is not allowed, and no refund will be given for such cancellation by a passenger. Any unused portion of the ticket must be returned to Singapore Airlines for cancellation.
  • Change of name is not allowed upon successful booking of a flight.
  • Max stay requirements may apply for returning flights. The returning flight must be within 3 months after departure flight.
  • The granted person agrees not to hold Singapore Airlines Limited, its respective directors, employees, and assignees, liable for any claim arising from the prize.
