1. The UOB KrisFlyer Credit Cards campaign runs from 1 Feb 2025 – 31 Mar 2025 (Campaign period). Participating card members shall comply with all terms and conditions of the campaign (Terms and Conditions).
2. This campaign is applicable to UOB KrisFlyer Credit Cards issued by United Overseas Bank (Thai) PLC only.
3. UOB KrisFlyer card member is required to do a one-time registration via UOB TMRW application or SMS "KFA (space) last 12 digits of Credit Card number" to 4545111.
4. All spending transactions on UOB KrisFlyer Credit Cards transacted from 1 Feb 2025 – 31 Mar 2025 are eligible, except the transactions below
• All fees, interest, late fee, financial expenses on collection, credit card annual fee and VAT
• Transactions on MCC 6012 (FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS - MERCHANDISE & SERVICES) 6211 (SECURITY BROKERS/DEALERS) and 7995 (BETTING, INCLUDING LOTTERY TICKETS, CASINO & RACK TRACKS)
• Utilities, products and services fee under MCC 4900
• E-wallet top up, spending via easyBills, easyBills+ website or application
• Balance Transfer and/or Funds transfer
• Money transfer transactions
• Voided transactions and reversed transactions
• Foreign currency exchange
• Cryptocurrency-related transactions
• Purchase of Unit Link Insurance and mutual fund
• Tax refund
• The full amount of Installment transactions at Point of Sales, swiped through EDC and Transactions that later is converted to Installment (IPP conversion). However, UOB will count the right based on Instalment amount billed at each cycle date but within campaign period
• Cash Advance, Call for Cash, and PayAnything
• Withholding Tax and VAT (Value Added Tax)
5. UOB reserves the right at any time to amend the list of eligible transactions and the list of excluded transactions at its sole discretion.
6. For every THB 1,500 spend/sales slip, receive 10 lucky draw chances for any spend on Singapore Airlines, Scoot or KrisShop website/ application or 1 lucky draw chance for any spend in other categories.
7. New card member that apply for UOB KrisFlyer Credit Card during 1 Feb 2025 – 31 Mar 2025 and get approved by 14 Apr 2025 will receive 15 lucky draw chances.
8. Spending in foreign currencies shall be converted to Thai Baht and calculated for number of chances for the lucky draw.
9. Primary and supplementary card members are eligible to participate in this campaign. The primary card and supplementary card’s spending will be combined to calculate the number of chances; however, the prize will be awarded to the primary card member only.
10. In the event that the card member cancels or voids any transaction, the spending will be re-calculated per the Terms and Conditions.
11. Winners are obliged to pay 5% withholding tax of the prize unit value, in accordance with The Revenue Department Thor Phor number 4/2528 together with Thor Phor number 28/2544. The tax amount will be charged to the UOB KrisFlyer primary credit card.
12. Winners are required to personally attend the prize presentation ceremony and allow photos and videos of him/her to be taken for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes where required by UOB.
13. Details of 1st Prize: 564,000 KrisFlyer miles (1 prizes)
• The 1st prize excludes all other items, such as (without limitation) airport tax, any in-flight purchase or add-ons, additional baggage fees, miscellaneous costs and/or taxes involved in the receiving of KrisFlyer miles, all personal expenses, visa fees and/or any other fees and charges, all of which shall be borne by the winners. The awarded KrisFlyer miles can only be used towards redemption of base air fare and cannot be used to offset any taxes or surcharges.
• The prize will be awarded in the form of KrisFlyer miles to the winner and the winner’s chosen companion. The prize will be credited directly to the winner’ KrisFlyer account linked to his/her UOB-KrisFlyer credit card and his/her companion’s KrisFlyer account respectively. The winner shall inform UOB of his/her chosen companion’s KrisFlyer account by 15 June 2025. Failing to do so will cause the prize to be forfeited.
• KrisFlyer miles awarded can be used to redeem a pair of First Class round-trip flight tickets from Bangkok to Paris. Where a class of service is not available on only certain sectors of a trip, a lower class of service may be substituted by Singapore Airlines for the other sectors of the trip. The award redemption level for the entire trip may be determined according to the actual classes of service flown or the highest class of service flown. The redemption rates of the Award Ticket is in accordance with the Singapore Airlines Award Chart as of 7 October 2023. . The winner and his/her chosen companion may choose to redeem the KrisFlyer miles for other award tickets, seat upgrades or on other redemption options. • The value of the prize is THB751,318.79 (as of December 2024). The Value of the prize is based on the KrisFlyer miles top up rate of USD 0.04 per mile.
• Winner shall redeem the award tickets directly on the Singapore Airlines website. Redemption of award tickets are subject to seat availability. UOB shall not be involved in the redemption of KrisFlyer miles
• KrisFlyer miles are valid for three (3) years from the date on which the miles are credited into the recipient’s KrisFlyer account. No extension is permitted. 14. Details of 2nd Prize: Singapore Airlines Bangkok - Singapore round-trip flight ticket 2 seats (5 prizes)
• For the Singapore Airlines Bangkok - Singapore round-trip flight ticket in Economy Class valued at THB19,610 (as of 26 Dec 24), the winner must make a reservation by 31 Jul 2025 and travel by 30 Nov 2025. No extension will be allowed.
• Seats based on this promotion are only applicable for “V” booking class and subject to availability. Limited inventory is available during public holidays.
• In the event that the winner requests for an upgrade to Business Class, the fare difference will be borne by the winner.
• The flight reservation must be made through the email address TH_Commercial@singaporeair.com.sg.  
• 14 days advance booking before departure is required.
• The ticket has no monetary value, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The ticket is eligible for mileage accrual.

15. Details of 3rd Prize: Sheraton Hua Hin hotel voucher (8 prizes)
• One night stay in Garden room with breakfast for 2 persons at Sheraton Hua Hin applicable for weekday stays. Additional charge of THB 1,000 applies for Saturday stays, THB 1,500 for long weekend or public holiday stays, and THB 3,000 for Chinese New Year stays.
• The voucher is valid from 1 March - 31 December 2025 and subject to room availability. Terms and conditions of booking and staying are subjected to the hotel.
16. The lucky draw will be held on 15 May 2025 at 11.00 am at UOB Plaza. The lucky draw will be witnessed by a public accountant appointed by UOB at its sole discretion. The details of the 14 winners (“The winner”) will be announced at www.uob.co.th on 23 May 2025.
17. The winners will be contacted by a UOB call agent within 7 days after the announcement date, The bank will send a letter to customers (“Prize Notification letter”) within 15 days after being contacted by the call agent. The winners shall send back to UOB the completed and acknowledged Prize Notification letter as proof of accepting the prizes per the Terms and Conditions.
18. In case that the call agent has attempted to contact but cannot reach the winners within 7 working days after the announcement date (16 July 2025), UOB is obliged to disqualify the winners and will award the prize to reserved winners. All prizes must be redeemed during the stated period and according to the Terms and Conditions. For avoidance of doubt, any prizes not redeemed within the stated redemption period will be forfeited.
19. The prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other merchandise, or vouchers, whether in part or in full.

Terms and Conditions for UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Accumulated Spending

1. Eligible spending will be calculated monthly (1 Feb 2025 – 28 Feb 2025 and 1 Mar 2025 – 31 Mar 2025) and includes transactions made with the UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card only. Total spending will be based on the combined spend of both the primary and supplementary cards.
2. For accumulated spend of THB 120,000 – 249,999 per month, receive 3,000 KrisFlyer miles. For accumulated spend of between THB 250,000 – 399,999 per month, receive 6,000 KrisFlyer miles. For accumulated spend of THB 400,000 and above per month, receive 10,000 KrisFlyer miles.
3. Limited to a maximum of 10,000 KrisFlyer miles / account / month and 20,000 KrisFlyer miles / account / campaign period.
4. For accumulated spend of THB 120,000 – 249,999 per month in both months, receive l THB 1,200 Central voucher. For accumulated spend of THB 250,000 – 399,999 per month in both months, receive additional THB 2,500 Central voucher. 1. Eligible spending will be calculated monthly (1 Feb 2025 – 28 Feb 2025 and 1 Mar 2025 – 31 Mar 2025) and includes transactions made with UOB KrisFlyer World Credit Card only. Total spending will be based on the combined spend of both the primary and supplementary cards.
2. For accumulated spend of THB 60,000 – 119,999 per month, receive a THB 700 Centralvoucher. For accumulated spend of 120,000 and above per month, receive a THB 1,500 Central voucher.
3. Limited to a maximum of THB 1,500 in Central voucher value / account / month and THB 3,000 in Central voucher value / account / campaign period.
4. The Central voucher will be sent to the primary cardmember’s registered with the bank within 60 days after the campaign period ends.

General Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign is valid from 1 Feb 2025 – 31 Mar 2025, and applicable to UOB KrisFlyer Credit Cards issued in Thailand with valid membership status and good payment until the credit date of the KrisFlyer miles or the delivery date of the Central vouchers, whichever is applicable.

4. Central Voucher and/or KrisFlyer miles cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or transferred to another account.
