Cardholders must register via SMS to the specified number provided in this promotional material between April 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025, only. In the case of multiple main cards held, registration is required only once before making a payment with the card (SMS fee depend on your package). or registration through the Rewards+ on the UOB TMRW app (no charge) before making a transaction. However, UOB Reserve and UOB Infinite credit card can join the promotion without needing to register via SMS.
Only full-payment transactions at participating hospitals and medical centers will be considered for cash rebate calculation in this promotion which including Bangkok Hospital (Soi Soonvijai), Bumrungrad International Hospital, BDMS Wellness Clinic, BDMS Wellness Clinic Soi Soonvijai, MedPark Hospital, Praram 9 Hospital, Phyathai 1 Hospital, Phyathai 2 Hospital, Phyathai 3 Hospital, Phyathai Navamin Hospital, Phyathai Sriracha Hospital, Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital, Samitivej Chinatown Hospital, Samitivej Thonburi Hospital, Vichaiyut Hospital, Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital and Vimut Hospital.
The spending amount from installment plans, IPP Conversion, UOB CUSTOMER CARE, UOB LADY LUXE PAY, Pay Anything, gift voucher and/or gift card purchases of any kind, 0% installment payments, canceled transactions, and purchases made through online channels are excluded from this promotion.
The total cash rebate includes all card types, both primary cards and supplementary cards, and transactions made at participating hospitals and medical centers.
For UOB Reserve and UOB Infinite Credit Cards, Limit up to THB 2,500 cash rebate/customer/campaign period.
For other UOB credit cards, Limit up to THB 1,200 cash rebate/customer/campaign period.
The Bank reserves the rights to calculated cap limit by the card type customer has highest spending in case customer spends via different card types.
The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions
Cash rebate cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or transferred to another account.
In case of disputes regarding cashback calculations, the primary cardholder must contact the bank to request a review of the calculation within 60 days from the date the cashback is credited to the card account.
The benefits will apply to transactions made from the month in which registration is successfully completed onward. They will not apply to transactions made in previous months. The cardholder should retain the SMS confirmation received from the Bank for verification in case of any issues.
In case cardholder has multiple primary credit cards, Bank shall be solely at its discretion in selecting which primary Credit card to credit the cash back into, and Bank's discretion shall be final.
The Bank reserves the right to cancel the cash rebate for any transactions that have been canceled.
The Bank will credit the cash rebate to the primary credit card account within 60 days after campaign ends. The cash rebate will be recorded on the credit card with the highest spending throughout the promotion.
