- UOB TMRW App
- Automated system: For credit cards, call 0 2344 9599; for debit cards, call 0 2285 1555
- Customers who have not yet received their UOB cards are advised to contact UOB Contact Centre at 0 2285 1555.
Important Information:
- The UOB cards issued to replace your Citi-branded credit or debit cards will retain the same 16-digit card number.
- However, the 3-digit CVV2 code on the back of the card and the expiration date will be different.
- If you have saved your Citi-branded card information for automatic payments or online purchases, you will need to update the CVV2 and expiration date details of your new UOB card with service providers such as Netflix, Spotify, Grab, Shopee, Lazada, and Mobile Wallets. This update is also necessary for insurance payments, annual membership fees, and other services.
- For automatic utility bill payments through credit cards (PayBill), this service will be automatically transferred to your new UOB credit card.
