• Term Loan ( Commercial Loan) with maximum tenure 12 months
• Maximum facility limit 1 Million baht
• Annual interest rate
  • Interest rate MRR +9% for facility limit more than or equal to 100,000 baht
  • Interest rate MRR +7% for facility limit less than 100,000 baht
• Only one deposit account with UOB is required to receive bank loans and deduct debt payments. Nevertheless, at the occasion where the customer has an agreement or trade conditions that require a service provider of e-Marketplace platform to credit payment of products into the customer’s bank account. The account used to receive product payments must be the same as the account used to deduct debt payments. It is not allowed to change or cancel the particular account unless UOB has received complete debt payment.
• No collateral is required

Remark: All commercial loans, lines of credit, and collateral requirement are subject to satisfaction of credit approval.

Features and Eligibility

• Individual or Juristic registered in Thailand with annual revenues generally ranging no more than 240 Million Baht.
• Never been NPL or restructuring in the past 3 years.
• Have been in the industry for 3 or more years.
• Audited financial statement with 3 year consecutive profit and net worth (Juristic) in the latest year.
