Terms & Conditions

1. The promotional campaign period is only on Friday, 8th Sep 2023.
2. This promotional program only applies to UOB Infinite Credit Card issued in Thailand.
3. Redeem cash back by using your UOB Rewards Plus points equal to spending amount on sales slip or use your remaining points balance to redeem equivalent cash back (Limited to 1,000 points/Cardholder Account both primary and supplementary, valid only on Friday participating).
4. The cardholder must register to join the promotional program typing “MS” (space) followed by 10 last digits of card number and sending to 4545111 (SMS fee of 3 baht / time) or register via “Rewards+” on UOB TMRW application (no charge) within the promotion period (8th Sep 2023).
5. The bank shall deduct your UOB Rewards Plus points and credit cash back into the primary credit card account within 60 (sixty) business days from the Friday on which the cardholder makes a transaction that is entitled to the promotion under this scheme.
6. Total spending of the primary card and supplementary card shall be collectively calculated on the account of the primary cardholder.
7. The spending that can be used for deducting UOB Rewards Plus and calculated for cash back is eligible only from the dining category MCC 5811, 5812, 5813, 5814 (Merchant Category Code) which is specified by VISA and MasterCard only and must be recorded into the bank system regarding the transaction date.
8. Cash back cannot be changed or exchanged into cash, nor transferrable.
9. The spending that is eligible for this campaign cash back calculation, will be counted only the amount that recorded by transaction date during the campaign period only.
10. UOB Rewards Plus points that have been deducted from the credit card account under this promotion scheme cannot be cancelled or restored.
11. Any dispute with regards to calculation of cash back must be communicated by the primary cardholder to the Bank for verification of correctness within 60 (sixty) days from the Friday that the cardholder makes a transaction that is entitled to the promotion under this scheme.
12. The bank is not involved in selling of products nor is it involved in providing any services. In case of any damage or defect, please contact Krispy Kreme directly.

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข

1. ระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย เฉพาะวันศุกร์ที่ 8 ก.ย. 66
2. สิทธิพิเศษนี้สำหรับผู้ถือบัตรเครดิต UOB Infinite ที่ออกในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
3. แลกรับเครดิตเงินคืน 70% เมื่อใช้คะแนนสะสม UOB Rewards Plus เท่ากับยอดซื้อ/เซลส์สลิป หรือหักคะแนนเท่ากับที่ลูกค้ามี ณ วันที่ทำรายการหักคะแนน (จำกัดการแลกคะแนนสะสมสูงสุด 1,000 คะแนน/บัญชีผู้ถือบัตร รวมบัตรหลักและบัตรเสริม/ระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย)
4. ผู้ถือบัตรต้องลงทะเบียนแลกรับเครดิตเงินคืนโดยพิมพ์ MS วรรคตามด้วยหมายเลขบัตรเครดิต 10 หลักสุดท้าย ส่ง SMS มาที่ 4545111 (ค่าส่ง 3 บาท/ครั้ง) หรือลงทะเบียนผ่าน Rewards+ บนแอป UOB TMRW (ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย) ในระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขาย (8 ก.ย. 66)
5. ธนาคารจะทำการหักคะแนนสะสมและเครดิตเงินคืนเข้าบัญชีบัตรเครดิตบัตรหลักภายใน 60 วันทำการนับจากวันสิ้นสุดรายการส่งเสริมการ
6. ยอดใช้จ่ายของบัตรหลักและบัตรเสริมที่เรียกเก็บเงินจากผู้ถือบัตรเดียวกัน จะนำมาคำนวณรวมเข้าในบัญชีของผู้ถือบัตรหลัก
7. ยอดใช้จ่ายที่สามารถใช้คะแนนสะสม UOB Rewards Plus เพื่อแลกรับเครดิตเงินคืนในรายการนี้เฉพาะรายการใช้จ่ายในหมวดร้านอาหาร รหัส MCC 5811, 5812, 5813, 5814 (Merchant Category Code) ที่กำหนดโดย VISA และ MasterCard เท่านั้น ที่บันทึกเข้าระบบธนาคารตามวันที่ทำรายการขออนุมัติ (Transaction Date)
8. ยอดเครดิตเงินคืนเข้าบัญชีบัตรเครดิตไม่สามารถแลกหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือโอนให้ผู้อื่นได้
9. ยอดใช้จ่ายที่นำมาคำนวณเครดิตเงินคืนในรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ จะนับเฉพาะยอดที่ถูกบันทึกเข้าระบบของธนาคารตามวันที่ทำรายการขออนุมัติ (Transaction Date) ซึ่งต้องอยู่ในช่วงระยะเวลาการส่งเสริมการขายเท่านั้น
10. คะแนนสะสม UOB Rewards Plus ที่ถูกหักออกจากบัญชีบัตรเครดิตในรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ จะไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนได้
11. กรณีมีข้อสงสัย หรือปัญหาเรื่องการคำนวณยอดเครดิตเงินคืน ผู้ถือบัตรหลักต้องติดต่อธนาคาร เพื่อขอตรวจสอบความถูกต้องภายใน 60 วันนับจากวันศุกร์ที่ผู้ถือบัตรทำรายการใช้จ่ายในรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้
12. ธนาคารไม่ได้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจำหน่ายสินค้าและบริการ กรณีเกิดความเสียหายหรือข้อบกพร่องใดๆ กรุณาติดต่อร้านค้าโดยตรง
