Terms and Conditions

• The privilege is exclusive for UOB Infinite cardholder whose card is issued in Thailand only.
• The privilege is valid from January 1, 2024 – March 31, 2024.
• Get cash back 10% for every 800 THB spent per sales slip with UOB Infinite Credit Card at petrol service stations nationwide. The registration is not required.
• Only Gasoline MCC: 5172, 5541, 5542 and 5983 are qualified for the cashback program.
• Spending on UOB Infinite Credit Cards for cash back at petrol service stations is limited to 3,200 baht/customer/month (combination of UOB Infinite credit cards including primary card and supplementary card).
• Any amount over 800 THB spent per sales slip would not be used for cash back calculation for cash back. The Bank would use the transaction date for calculation of the cash back.
• The UOB Infinite cardholder will not be eligible to get cash back 3% at Caltex petrol service stations program, but still be eligible to redeem the points to get additional cash back 10% at Caltex petrol service stations program.

• Cash back will be calculated from the amount spent on the UOB Infinite credit cards based on the condition of each type of card at the participating petrol service stations. This amount does not include spending at mini-mart and other shops within the petrol service station or spending in other categories.
• Amount spent on the primary and supplementary cards that collect charges from the same customer would be combined and credited to the primary account. In case the customer has more than one primary card, the amount spent on each primary card would be combined.
• In case of any dispute regarding the cash back calculation, the cardholder has to contact the Bank to check the accuracy of the claim within 30 days from the date the amount has been credited into the credit card account.
• The cash back will be credited into the primary cardholder’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of every month.
• Cardholders must maintain the card membership status and do not have any outstanding debt until the date the Bank credits the cash back into the card account.
• Cash back amount cannot be exchanged into cash and is not transferable. 
• The Bank does not involve in selling of products nor providing any services. For any disputed, please contact the merchant directly.

• สิทธิพิเศษนี้สำหรับผู้ถือบัตรเครดิตยูโอบี อินฟินิท ที่ออกในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
• สิทธิพิเศษนี้ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2567 -  31 มีนาคม 2567
• รับเครดิตเงินคืน 10% เมื่อชำระค่าเติมน้ำมันทุกๆ 800 บาท/เซลส์สลิป ด้วยบัตรเครดิตยูโอบี อินฟินิท ที่สถานีบริการน้ำมันทั่วประเทศ โดยไม่ต้องลงทะเบียนเพื่อเข้าร่วมรายการ
• เฉพาะ MCC น้ำมัน 5172, 5541, 5542 และ 5983 ที่เข้าร่วมรายการได้รับเครดิตเงินคืน
• จำกัดยอดใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตรเครดิตยูโอบี อินฟินิท เพื่อรับเครดิตเงินคืนที่สถานีบริการน้ำมันสูงสุด 3,200 บาท/ลูกค้า/เดือน (รวมทุกประเภทบัตรเครดิตยูโอบี อินฟินิท ทั้งบัตรหลักและบัตรเสริม)
• เศษของ 800 บาทต่อเซลส์สลิป จะไม่ถูกนำมาคำนวณการเครดิตเงินคืน และธนาคารจะยึดถือวันที่ทำรายการขออนุมัติ (Transaction Date)
• ผู้ถือบัตรเครดิตยูโอบี อินฟินิทจะไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมรายการได้รับเงินเครดิตเงินคืนที่สถานีบริการน้ำมันคาลเท็กซ์ 3% ได้อีก แต่ยังสามารถใช้คะแนนสะสม เพื่อแลกเครดิตเงินคืนในต่อที่สองได้

• เครดิตเงินคืนจะคำนวณจากยอดใช้จ่ายที่เกิดจากรายการใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตรเครดิตยูโอบี อินฟินิท เพื่อเติมน้ำมันที่สถานีบริการน้ำมันที่ร่วมรายการเท่านั้น โดยไม่นับรวมยอดใช้จ่ายในมินิมาร์ท หรือร้านค้าอื่นๆ ภายในสถานีบริการน้ำมันคาลเท็กซ์ หรือยอดใช้จ่ายในหมวดอื่นๆ
• ยอดใช้จ่ายของบัตรหลักและบัตรเสริมที่เรียกเก็บเงินจากผู้ถือบัตรเดียวกัน จะถูกนำมาคำนวณรวมเข้าในบัญชีของผู้ถือบัตรหลัก กรณีผู้ถือบัตรหลักหลายใบ ยอดใช้จ่ายของแต่ละบัตรหลักจะนำมาคำนวณรวมกัน
• กรณีมีข้อโต้แย้งเรื่องการคำนวณเครดิตเงินคืน ผู้ถือบัตรหลักต้องติดต่อธนาคารเพื่อขอตรวจสอบความถูกต้องภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่บันทึกรายการเครดิตเงินคืนเข้าบัญชีบัตร
• ธนาคารจะทำการเครดิตเงินคืนเข้าบัญชีบัตรเครดิตของผู้ถือบัตรหลักภายใน 60 วันนับจากวันสุดท้ายของเดือนที่มีรายการใช้จ่าย
• ผู้ถือบัตรจะต้องคงสถานะการเป็นสมาชิกบัตร และไม่ผิดนัดชำระเงินจนถึงวันที่ธนาคารทำการหักคะแนนสะสม/เครดิตเงินคืนเข้าบัญชีบัตร
• ยอดเครดิตเงินคืนไม่สามารถแลก/เปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือโอนให้ผู้อื่นได้
• ธนาคารยูโอบีไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจำหน่ายสินค้าและ/หรือการให้บริการ กรณีเกิดความเสียหายหรือข้อบกพร่องใด ๆ กรุณาติดต่อร้านค้าฯ โดยตรง
