UOB PromptPay

Fund transfers through UOB PromptPay are more convenient and secure. Simply tie the mobile phone number and/or the ID card/Tax ID number to the UOB bank account, no need for your bank account number or bank’s name and enjoy receiving funds from government, such as tax returns and welfare payments when you register with Thai National ID number.

Global Fund Transfer

With UOB's high international standard of security system, this allows you to perform overseas funds transfer by yourself via UOB Personal Internet Banking without having to waste your time visiting the Bank or business center. The overseas funds transfer of UOB is fast and safe. Transferring funds to your kids who study abroad, paying personal expense or expense transferring for your family overseas can be done easily.

Regulations

"The Bank of Thailand requires the Bank's customers to specify the purposes of their Global Fund Transfer for both incoming and outgoing transactions. You have to declare the total amount of every Global Fund Transfer transaction and the Global Fund Transfer amount that exceeds USD 50,000 or equally in other currencies. The customers must fill in the Global Fund Transfer transaction request."

Manage Scheduled

You can pay or transfer to schedule and individual or recurring transaction(s). Recurring can be set up as daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly and can be set up in advance up to 12 months.

Online Money Order

UOB cooperates with Thailand Post Co., Ltd. to facilitate UOB Personal Internet Banking customers with the service of express money order delivery to domestic beneficiaries via Online Money Order Service. The beneficiaries do not need to have any bank account. Simply show the beneficiaries' identification card/passport to pick up the online money order at any post office nationwide and receive money within 15 minutes.

Check the status of your online transactions performed in UOB Personal Internet Banking for up to 90 days.

Manage Shortcut

Set up to 5 favourite accounts for quick access. You can easily view them from the left navigation bar.

Change Limit

The new service that will facilitate your transactions via UOB Personal Internet Banking by allowing you to change your limit by yourself. You will need to use SMS-OTP or SecurePlus Token-OTP to change limit of the transactions such as bill payment, funds transfer, online money order, and global fund transfer.

Change Password

It is a good security practice to change your password periodically. Simply change your password via My Profile.

Please note: Your Password must be 8 to 24 characters (numeric or alphanumeric) without space. Your password is also case sensitive.

My Profile

You can update your personal information via UOB Personal Internet Banking by yourself for example, Education, Marital status, Occupation, Mobile phone number, and email address.

  • UOB will use your specified mobile phone number for reference only. If you wish to change the mobile phone number registered for SMS-OTP and/or UniAlerts, please contact any UOB branch at your convenience.
  • UOB will use your specified email for reference only. Your email registered for UOB's newsletters and/or UniAlerts will not be changed.

Manage Account

Set up to 5 favourite accounts for quick access. You can easily view them from the left navigation bar.

Shortcuts

Quick access to your frequently used banking features like "Pay a Bill", "Fund Transfer" etc. You can customise up to 5 functions on the Shortcuts menu.

View Foreign Exchange Rates

View the latest Foreign Exchange Rates online. For added convenience, you can personalise up to 5 currencies to be displayed.

Account Alias

Create aliases for your different UOB accounts for easy reference during a transaction.

Link Accounts

Select the account(s) that you wish to link to UOB Personal Internet Banking so you can view or use the account to perform online transactions.

Delink Accounts

Delink the selected account(s) to stop performing transactions within UOB Personal Internet Banking.

Manage Chequebook

Track the status of your cheque, request a new chequebook or stop a cheque payment.

Cheque Book Request

Customers who have current accounts with UOB are able to request for cheque book easily via UOB Personal Internet Banking by yourself.

Cheque Status Enquiry

You are able to enquire up to a maximum of 5 cheques status by yourself.

Stop Cheque Payment

Customers who have current accounts with UOB are able to stop cheque payment easily via UOB Personal Internet Banking by yourself.

You are able to request for a credit card temporary limit increase easily via UOB Personal Internet Banking and know instantly if it is approved.

Take control of your online security – you can change the threshold amount for your One-time Password settings for specific transactions.

Manage Alerts

The service that will facilitate you by notified every movement of your account via SMS or email. You can choose to receive the notification whether in Thai or English. You can also customize the limit of the account you wish to be notified.

  • Notify when receiving funds transfer and/or bill payment performing under the limit.
  • Notify the result of future dated funds transfer and/or future dated bill payment.

Please note: The mobile phone number registered for UniAlerts will be used for SMS-OTP. If you wish to change, please contact any UOB branch at your convenience.

SecurePlus Token

SecurePlus Token Request

You can request for the new SecurePlus Token to replaces your current token by yourself accordingly.

Please note:

  • Delivery of your UOB SecurePlus token will take about 5 business days for local address from the date of UOB's receipt of this application request. If you did not register for SMS-OTP, you can only perform Balance Enquiry online during this period.
  • Your existing token or, where applicable, UOB SecurePlus token will be disabled upon issuance of the replacement UOB SecurePlus token.

Activate SecurePlus Token

You will need to activate your SecurePlus token before using it as the following:

  • If you wish to activate immediately, click "Activate" after logging in to the system.
  • If you wish to activate later, click "Security Preference" > "Activate SecurePlus token."
  • Press and hold button on your SecurePlus token to generate One Time Password (OTP).
  • Fill in the 6-digit OTP in the box.
  • Click "Proceed" to continue
    *Please note that you will automatically log out from UOB Personal Internet Banking. Please log in to UOB Personal Internet Banking again to initiate the service.
