UOB Phone Banking Services
Effective from 17th August 2019, there will be a removal of some UOB Phone Banking services for instance; Fund Transfer, Credit card bill payment, Statement request by fax and Reward redemption.

SMS One-Time Password (OTP)
- You can now access your account information via Phone Banking by entering your National ID number or account number or card number together with a one-time password sent via SMS to your registered mobile number. Please ensure that your mobile number is updated. To update your mobile number, you can visit at UOB Branches.
Telephone PIN (T-PIN)
You can also access your account information using your Telephone PIN.
