Terms and conditions for cash rebate of UOB customers applied Pay Bills
- This privilege is for new customers who apply UOB Pay Bills service or customer who have cancelled the service more than 6 month and get the approval for using UOB Pay Bills from 1 January to 31 December 2025.
- Receive cash rebate 100 Baht per bill.
- Limit cash rebate to a maximum of 400 Baht/customer throughout the campaign or limit 4 transactions/1 credit card account.
- Only for UOB credit card issued in Thailand, excluding corporate credit card. Primary and supplementary cardholder must retain credit card member status and must not have overdue payment.
- The bank reserves the right not to give cash rebate to credit card members who had ever joined UOB Pay Bills campaign in the past
- The bank reserves the right not to give cash rebate or reverse cash rebate to Pay Bills transactions that have been cancelled for any reason.
- The bank will process the cash rebate within 120 days from the date that Pay Bill transaction has been deducted successfully.
- Cash rebate cannot be exchanged to cash or and cannot be transferred to other persons.
- UOB customers holding an existing Citi-branded credit card may benefit from this offer with limit from all cards combined.
Conditions of UOB Pay Bills service:
- UOB Pay Bills is the service to automatically pay utility bills using UOB credit card. The registration takes 1-2 months to be completed, depends on each service provider processing time. Customer must continue paying the utility bills directly to the service provider during this registration period.
- If UOB Pay Bills unsuccessfully deduct the registered credit card, due to insufficient limit, credit card was blocked, cancelled, or any reason. Customer must pay the utility bill to the service provider directly before the payment due date to avoid any service disruption.
- In any case that credit card number has changed from the one applied to UOB Pay Bills, customer allows UOB to automatically update and continue to auto pay utility bill using latest update card number.
- UOB doesn’t involve to product or service, if there is any inquiry please contact directly to the merchant.
- In the case that customer wants to cancel UOB Pay Bills, customer required to contact UOB call center 0 2285 1555 to cancel the service. In between the cancellation process, customer is binding to pay the registered UOB credit card until the cancellation is completed. The cancellation will take 1-2 months be completed which depends on each service provider processing time.
- This service is only applicable with UOB credit card issued in Thailand, excluding corporate credit card and debit card.
- The cancellation process of auto-pay utility bills varies by the banks and service providers. If customer is switching auto pay utility bills from other bank credit card, customer must ensure that all previous utility bill payments are fully settled. Please note that UOB is not responsible for the cancellation at other banks.
- Utility payments by UOB credit card will earn reward points or cashback, except electricity bill payment (Metropolitan Electricity Authority/ Provincial Electricity Authority) and water bill payment (Metropolitan Waterworks Authority), effective from 1 March 2024 onwards.
- These terms and conditions may be translated into English language. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between Thai and English versions, Thai version shall prevail.
