Complementary access to Royal Silk Lounge 2 times/ calendar year

• This privilege is offered to UOB Royal Orchid Plus card members when flying international or domestic flights with Thai Airways only. Card members are entitled to access Royal Silk Lounge 2 time/ calendar year (2 times for primary card and 2 times for supplementary card).
• Card Members can enjoy complementary access to Royal Silk Lounge at Suvarnabhumi airport Concourse E when flying international flights, Concourse A when flying domestic flights, Chiang Mai and Phuket airport.
• Present your UOB Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card and Thai Airways boarding pass at a reception area of each lounge prior to use the service.
• This privilege cannot be transferred to other persons or any companions.
• For new card holders or card holders who just receive replacement card will be able for Royal Silk Lounge access 7 working days after card holders activate UOB Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card.
• Access to Royal Silk Lounge cannot be more than 2 hours and 30 minutes/ time; otherwise, additional charge will be applied as Royal Silk Lounge specify.
• Unused complimentary access to Royal Silk Lounge will be forfeited on the 31st December of each calendar year and cannot be carried forward to the next year.
• This privilege is not exchangeable for cash or in kind and not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts and privileges.

Complementary Limousine service

• Card members are entitled to use limousine service when purchasing round-trip international air tickets or international tour through Flying Orange.
• Flying Orange is an alternative service for card members to book air ticket and travel service directly.
• This privilege is not inclusive with low-cost flights booking.
• If the destination is located outside provided areas, card members are responsible for any extra cost.

Additional Royal Orchid Plus Miles 20%

• Receive additional Royal Orchid Plus Miles 20% when spending via UOB Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card.
• This privilege is reserved for UOB Royal Orchid Plus card members when spending every 50,000 THB/ sales slip via UOB Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card for purchasing tickets from Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and Thai Shop.
• The Bank give Royal Orchid Plus Miles from maximum of 100,000 THB/ calendar year/ account.
• Spending via Supplementary card will be calculated to primary card account.
• This privilege is valid for purchasing tickets directly from Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and Thai Shop via Thai Airway’s distribution channels only (Thai Airways ticket office in Bangkok and other provinces/ Thai Airways call center/ Thai Airways website and application), excluding all ticket agents.
• This privilege is valid for card members who provide Royal Orchid Plus membership account to the Bank and is a registered account with Thai Airways only.  
• Royal Orchid Plus Miles will be uploaded to UOB Royal Orchid Plus account within 90 days after spending per criteria.
• Royal Orchid Plus Miles cannot be exchanged and transferred to cash or to others.

Special price for movie ticket

• Purchase a movie ticket at THB 69/ seat at SF Cinema affiliated theaters nationwide with limited 2 seats/ month/ account (primary and supplementary card combined). This promotion is limited to 1,000 seats/ month.
• This privilege is applicable for Deluxe seat at all SF Cinema affiliated theaters (except Emprive’ Cineclub and SF Multiplex) in normal system only.
• The seat type cannot be changed or upgraded under this privilege.
• This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with Movie Day promotion and all types of discount promotion.
• This privilege cannot be exchanged or transferred to cash.
• Conditions for purchasing movie ticket are at the discretion of SF Cinema.
• The Bank reserves the right to make a decision on any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion.

Pay with Points

• “Pay with Points” refers to a co-promotional program enabling the UOB Credit Card holders to convert their UOB Rewards Points to cash back for their prepaid goods and services along the validity of program. Points are not in lieu of cash that cardholders can request for conversion directly at points of sales.
• This program is reserved for UOB Royal Orchid Plus primary cards with conversion rate 4 Points = THB 1.
• UOB Credit Card members can redeem points for cash rebate at UOB TMRW TH Application.
• This program is valid for purchasing tickets directly from Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and Thai Shop via Thai Airway’s distribution channels only (Thai Airways ticket office in Bangkok and other provinces/ Thai Airways call center/ Thai Airways website and application), excluding all ticket agents.
• This program is valid for full payment transactions only, excluding installment 0% 3 months, 6 months, and 10 months via Thai Airways website and application, and payment transactions at Puff and Pie and Thai Shop Online.
• Supplementary card members are not eligible for this program.
• Card members are eligible to redeem if he/she has enough UOB Rewards Points for Pay with Points transactions and does not have overdue payments from card usage or go over his/her credit line when making Pay with Points transactions.
• All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the UOB Card Agreement.
• Pay with Points transactions cannot be changed, cancelled, or the points cannot be transferred back to card member’s account.
• Cash rebate will be credited within next month’s billing cycle of the statement after confirmation and redemption.

Personal Assistance

• Personal Assistance provides and arranges everything for card members.
  • Recommending worldwide attractions and providing useful information in both Thailand and overseas, such as tourist attractions, and restaurants.
  • Reserving performance tickets in both Thailand and overseas, such as movies, theatrical performances, concerts, and sports.
  • Reserving restaurants or hotels around the world.
  • Reserving golf clubs around the world, and other services you may need.
  • International sourcing / Delivery service, such as flower, gift, and book.
  • Searching information on rare products around the world.
  • Providing business information, such as information on commerce, law, embassy, and interpreter service.

• The Bank will only be responsible for the cost of information searching.
• Card members are responsible for the cost in purchasing goods or paying for service. This includes deposit money, transfer fee, cancellation fee, delivery/ shipping cost, cost incurred in transferring funds to fulfill a request, and any other cost.
• Personal Assistance will not be responsible for searching any goods or services for any commercial purpose, and prohibited under national law or which contravene the universally accepted moral or ethical standards for the country.

Home Assistance

• Home Assistance provides Electrical repair assistance, plumbing and sanitary assistance, air-conditioning assistance, roof/ ceiling assistance, locksmith assistance, and venomous and poisonous animals control assistance.
• Card members are entitled to get the privilege from Home Assistance for limit 1 time/ month and limit up to 2 times/ calendar year with maximum coverage of THB 2,000 per incident.
• Card members are responsible for any amount exceeding THB 2,000 and the difference between the incurred cost and THB 2,000 cannot be carried forward to the next or any repair works.
• Home Assistance covers only emergency call for service cost, arrangement cost, initial service fees, and transportation cost to and from your residence. The service does not include costs of equipment and spare parts and the expenses on this maintenance of such equipment.
• Home Assistance provides service to the area in Bangkok Metropolitan region only. Card members have to present otherwise Home Assistance cannot provide the service.
• After the service, guarantee will last for 6 months and if the problem occurs during the guarantee period, Home Assistance will provide mechanic contractor to solve the problem without any further payment required, excluding spare part fee.

Roadside Assistance

• Roadside Assistance provides emergency roadside repair, emergency towing service, gasoline refill service, and continuation of journey for trips at least 100 km away from the card member’s permanent residence.
• Card members are entitled to get the privilege from Roadside Assistance up to 2 times/ calendar year and the cost up to THB 1,500/ time or not excess 20 km from the incident. Card members have to be at the incident.
• Roadside Assistance does not include the cost of any parts of accessories. The cost of charge and services excess shall be bound entirely and directly by card members.
• Roadside Assistance will not be responsible for any cost arising from damage to any goods or commercial goods.
• Any fraud or modification made to the documents in order to conceal part or the whole of the fact, shall immediately terminate the responsibility of Roadside Assistance over any assistance for services and expenses.

Acquisition Terms and Conditions on UOB Rewards Points and Black Supreme Trolley Bag

• Receive 5,000 UOB Rewards Points (redeemable of 5,000 miles) and Black Supreme Trolley Bag 26’ valued THB 8,900 when spending via primary card at THB 20,000 or more within 30 days after card approval date.
• For the eligible spending amount, the Bank will only take UOB Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card spending (primary and supplementary card) into account. In case that the customer applies other cards together with UOB Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card, those spending will not be counted. The spending is not applicable for the following expense: Installments (UOB iPlan), IPP Conversion via UOB Credit Card call center 0 2285 1555, Mutual Fund, Cash Advance, UOB PayAnything ,Utilities, Fund Transfer, Unit Link product (from MCC 6211), Foreign currency exchange, Cancellation fee of goods and services both local and foreign, Tax, Interest, Fine, annual fee, other fees, and Business expenses.
• The Bank will upload UOB Rewards Points within 90 days from the end of month that customer has spent per criteria.
• Rewards Points cannot be exchanged and transferred to cash or to others.
• The Bank will inform the result of Black Supreme Trolley Bag within 90 days after the month that the spending satisfies the conditions. The Bank will send SMS to the phone number that was registered with the Bank. Customer needs to register to redeem the bag by sending SMS: type ACN space followed by the last 10 digits of the card number. Send SMS to 4545111 (THB 3 per SMS) within 60 days after receiving SMS from the bank.
• The Bank will deliver the trolley bag according to provided address in the primary card account within 60 days after the SMS registration.
• Limited 1 bag per 1 qualified primary card member throughout the campaign.

Acquisition Terms and Conditions on Royal Orchid Plus Miles

• Earn 5,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles when new UOB Royal Orchid Plus primary card member when purchasing and flying first international flight on Thai Airways within 12 calendar months of card approval date.
• Ticket purchase must be round-trip and on valid booking class code. This promotion excludes booking class code L/G/V/W, Thai Smile flights, Star Alliance flights, Codeshare flights, Redeemed mile tickets, Awards tickets (O/I/X class) and complimentary flights.
• 5,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles will be uploaded within 120 days after the flight date.
• 5,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles are eligible for card members who have not been entitled to this promotion.
• Miles cannot be exchanged and transferred to cash or to others.

General Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is reserved for new customers who apply for UOB Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card from 1 October 2024 – 31 December 2024 and provide customer’s email address in the application form which must be approved by UOB within 15 January 2025.
• The applicant must not be a current holder of any type of UOB Credit Card or have cancelled their UOB Credit Card membership for not less than 6 months until the day that applying new Credit Card.
• Customer that receives acquisition gifts from this campaign will not be eligible for other UOB Credit Card campaigns from other channels.
• This promotion is for new applicant that satisfies the conditions. The status should be valid (not default) until the Bank deliver acquisition gifts.
