UOB Thailand showcases personalised and sustainable banking solutions at BOT Digital Finance Conference 2022

UOB Thailand is showcasing a suite of personalised, progressive and sustainable solutions catering to the needs of retail and corporate customers at the Bank of Thailand (BOT) Digital Finance Conference 2022, which is running from today till 29 October 2022 at the BOT Learning Centre.

UOB Thailand is featuring UOB TMRW, an all-in-one digital banking app for its retail customers. The app leverages the latest technology to serve customers relevant artificial intelligence-driven insights, recommendations and rewards tailored to their financial and lifestyle needs and preferences.

For corporate customers including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), UOB offers a comprehensive suite of products and solutions for them to grow sustainably. These solutions help clients digitalise their operations and processes to be more efficient. Some examples include:

  • UOB BizSmart, an integrated suite of cloud-based business solutions which can help SMEs manage processes such as accounting, invoicing and payrolls;
  • UOB mCollect, a solution designed to help businesses ease their collection and reconciliation processes;
  • UOB Business Internet Banking (BIB) Plus, a one-stop e-banking platform for cash and trade transactions; and
  • The Smart Business Transformation Programme (SBTP), a three-month programme designed to help SMEs adopt technology and transform their business digitally.

UOB Thailand led by Ms Sirinun Jiradilok, Head of Digital Engagement and FinTech Innovation,and Mr Peera Jitpraphai, Head of Commercial Cash Sales, joined the panel discussion with two SMEs Mr Wittawat prajantasen, CEO of CMW Food Support and Mr Noppasit mongkolariyanan, CEO of KMP Partner, sharing how the Smart Business Transformation Programme successfully helps SMEs transform digitally at BOT Digital Finance Conference 2022

In line with UOB’s sharpened purpose to Build the Future of ASEAN, the Bank offers three integrated sustainable financing solutions to businesses to support their transition to sustainable business models. These include U-Solar to power the development and adoption of renewable energy; U-Energy to drive the development and adoption of energy efficiency projects for buildings and residential properties; and U-Drive to meet the financial needs of all electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem players.

UOB Thailand is also demonstrating its commitment to going green via the design of the showcase booth, which has been constructed using eco-friendly craft paper which will be recycled after the event.

The theme for this year’s BOT Digital Finance Conference 2022 is “Collaborate. Innovate. Inspire.” The conference has gathered Thai and international experts from both the public and private sectors to share their experiences and ideas on the sustainable development of Thailand’s digital finance sector.
