Important Information Regarding Account Transfer to UOB.
How will your Citi-branded products change?

You may download UOB TMRW to perform statement enquiries or make payments easily. Download UOB TMRW Thailand app from the App Store or Play Store.

Credit Cards

   
Your existing credit card can be used continuously. A new UOB card will be sent from August 2024 onwards.
 
Your credit card number will remain unchanged. The CVV and expiration date will be updated according to the new UOB card that you will receive.
 
Key benefits remain unchanged, with additional benefits added.
 
All accumulated points will be transferred. Points earned before and after the transfer will never expire.
 
Redeem points for miles with Qatar Airways, EVA Air, and Bangkok Airways starting 1 June 2024.
 
Credit limit will remain unchanged, if you only have one Citi-branded credit card and no UOB credit card.
 
If you have credit cards from both banks or multiple Citi-branded cards, the combined credit limit will be adjusted to not exceed five times your average monthly income.
 

UOB will be delivering your new UOB Cash Plus card as a replacement to your Citi Ready Credit card from 24 April until May 2024.

Deposits and Investments

   
Account numbers will be changed according to the notification letter sent on 22 March 2024 and 24 April 2024. You can view and transact on your new accounts on UOB TMRW app.

Please be reminded to communicate your new UOB account numbers to your payment counterparties. Any fund transfer attempt into your previous Citi account numbers will be unsuccessful.
 
Your existing debit card can be used continuously until you receive your new UOB debit card.
 
Buy, sell, and switch funds through the UOB TMRW App.
 
Investment transaction confirmation documents will be sent in a letter form.
 
Offshore bonds accounts won't be visible on the UOB TMRW app. Details will be available in monthly statements sent to you via post or please feel free to contact your Client Advisor.

 

Personal Loans

   
Account numbers will be changed according to the notification letter sent on 22 March 2024 and 24 April 2024.
 
Interest rates and loan agreement terms remain unchanged.
 
e-Statements will be discontinued from May 2024 onwards. You'll receive paper statements via mail instead.
 
Make payments using your new account number via PromptPay (available at UOB and Krungsri Bank) or at Counter Service will be available from April 21, 2024 onwards.

Termination of Payment Apportionment for UOB Credit Cards and Cash Cards

From the billing cycle cut date of 24 June 2024 onwards, please note that the new monthly statement format will feature an individual QR code or Barcode for each card. This change takes effect for customers holding more than 1 credit card and more than 1 cash card, where you will now have the flexibility to pay each card balance separately, without the constraints of the Payment Apportionment system.
